Motivation and Context

Provide sample for the Out of the Box Agents initiative to serve as a template for the AI Services teams.

Description

See Readme.md in the src\Agents\Catalog\IntentTriage folder for more information.

Fork from this branch to start work on any other agent.

@crickman If this is a sample why is it not in the demos folder? As is I think it will be published as a new nuget package when we release, is that the intent?

This is a work in progress. If this project is ultimately retained as part of the SK repo then Mads does want it to be published as a package for consumption (and there would be other task specific "Service" agents). The Services project would also be a published package. Short version: its not a demo and there's a bunch of decision points that are still "up in the air".
