I came accross a minor issue when trying to add mangrove as a cmake subdirectory.

This pull request should fix this without any impact on the initial behavior

All CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR reference were replaced by MANGROVE_ROOT_DIR
All CMAKE_BINARY_DIR reference were replaced by MANGROVE_ROOT_BINARY_DIR
