Can Partial Information Decompositions be used to inform minimal interventions in causal graphs?

Requires Python 3.8.18 (for this project I installed in a conda environment)

Required Packages: numpy==1.23.5 tqdm==4.66.1 causalnex==0.12.1 idtxl==1.4 jpype==1.4.1 ecos==2.0.12 pandas=1.5.3 scikit-learn==1.3.2

Data is located here: https://archive.ics.uci.edu/dataset/2/adult

Once in environment, code can be run in .ipynb file.
