home-environment: enable home aliases for nushell #6754

Description

Automatically adds home.shellAliases to nushell aliases because they are supposed to be shell agnostic and work in bash, zsh, fish AND nushell.

If a bash-only alias was added by the user to home.shellAliases and it causes problems with nushell then it's a user error and such aliases should be moved to programs.bash.shellAliases by the user.
