This commit adds Matter specific west commands: * "zap-gui" a command that runs ZAP GUI to edit the requested ZAP file. * "zap-generate" a command that generates the cluster code out of the requested ZAP file. Signed-off-by: Marcin Kajor <marcin.kajor@nordicsemi.no>
