The workflow was designed and tested on 22.04 when the NCS 2.6 release was made. Now ubunut-latest is a newer, incompatible version. Signed-off-by: Rubin Gerritsen <rubin.gerritsen@nordicsemi.no>
This workflow was designed to run on this particular ubuntu version
when publishing NCS 2.6. Now a newer ubuntu version is used
which is incompatible:
```
