Add Linux PPP+CMUX support

Add documentation, scripts and configuration overlay
for using Serial LTE Modem as a modem for Linux device.

Adjust CMUX buffers to match CMUX MTU sizes used
and allow UART buffer to be configured separately for CMUX.
