This adds "VCR controls" similar to VisIt or Paraview with a "Play" button, a "Stop" button, and a "Loop" button linked to the existing time slider.

Closes #408.

The main issues with this are:

clicking the "stop" button causes the slider to return to iteration 0
the animation is not very smooth
