This project analyzes the performance of baby care products using Excel pivot tables and slicers. The goal is to provide a 360-degree view of business performance, helping decision-makers understand how different brands, package types, package sizes, and stock-keeping units (SKUs) have performed over time.

By leveraging data preprocessing, interactive reports, and detailed interpretation, this project offers insights into market trends, sales performance, and category growth over multiple years.

🏗️ Steps Involved

1️⃣ Data Preprocessing

  • Import and clean raw FMCG data
  • Handle missing values and format data
  • Ensure consistency in product categories

2️⃣ Primary Report Creation

  • Set up an initial performance report
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs):
    • Value (Total sales revenue)
    • Volume (Total quantity sold)
    • Average Price (Price per unit)
  • Organize data by year (2022, 2023, 2024)

3️⃣ Filling the Report with Insights

  • Use Pivot Tables to aggregate:
    • Value, Volume, and Average Price across years
    • Comparison by brand, package type, and SKU
