Push to Julia 0.5 and Beyond

Added support for Julia 0.5, and starting testing for Julia 0.6. Otherwise, no major changes.

I bumped the minor version to account for the new use of JuliaStat's zeta function in the tests.

Initial release for Julia's Metadata repository
