Considered a beta due to a SMP's bug on installation. See _TIPS and INSTALLATION.txt
REQUIRES SMP 1.6.1.

Cultural Regions: tooltip now shows the cultural region associated to the country point.
Improved UNIX compatibility.
Minor menu improvements.
Some bugfixes.
