There's no description and the subject line doesn't seem to explain the purpose of the PR adequately. Is it just removing extraneous spaces from the README? It would be helpful if all PRs came with an explanatory description.

Also the CI is failing but I presume that's the unresolved "shallow clone" problem again?

This patch add the markdown format for command line, I will write description the next time.
