Oops...this PR seems biased with the original issue.

Actual usage:

CREATE TABLE mongo_src (
    _id UINT64,
    rocket_name STRING,
    detail STRUCT<
      price INT64,
      manufacture JSONB>,
    freeze_date DATE,
    launch_time TIMESTAMPTZ
) WITH (
  connector = ...
)

Expected usage:

CREATE TABLE mongo_src (
    _id UINT64,
    payload STRUCT<
      rocket_name STRING,
      detail STRUCT<
        price INT64,
        manufacture JSONB>,
      freeze_date DATE,
      launch_time TIMESTAMPTZ>
) WITH (
  connector = ...
)
