TelegramCloud API Release

🔮 This is a release without a graphical environment. Accordingly, this is a full-fledged TelegramCloud API. You can use it directly from the terminal or add it to your applications!

😉 The principle of operation is very simple. You log in to your telegram account. A session file is created in the sessions folder. And now with the --file flag, you can upload any file weighing up to two gigabytes to Telegram.

⚙️ You can edit the configuration file core/TelegramCloudConfig.py and change the name of the telegram channel and its description.
