fix(core/workflow): ix-workflow status UI update after updating the status

💡 What is the current behavior?

• Initially workflow status , if it is open it is showing with the circle icon in the workflow UI, once it is updated from Open to Error and Error to open, circle icon is not displayed in the UI.

🆕 What is the new behavior?

• In the workflow status , if it is open it is showing with the circle icon in the workflow UI, once it is updated from Open to Error and Error to open, circle icon is displaying properly in the UI with circle dot.
