FIXED: Created user does not show on user history

User creating, when done through the gui, was not showing on the history tab for the user.

All tests passed. From manual testing all looks good too.

• Simplified URL Parameters for better Accessibility
  The URL parameters in the data attribute have been modified for easier understanding and usage. Instead of target_id and target_type, we are now using item_id and item_type respectively. This change has been made in the view.blade.php file.
