Allow an optional definition of an initial delay before the request is executed as well as the optional definition of a retry count and delay. These definitions are individual for each test case.

Allow the optional definition of an initial delay before a request is executed as well as the optional definition of a retry count and delay. The delay between testcases can be useful for having a first request starting an asynchronous service execution checking the response for successful start and having a second testcase requesting the result after a given time with the option of retrying the request, if it didn't return the expected result.
These definitions are individual for each test case.
