Summary

  • add TomlConfigLoader utility for .peagen.toml
  • expose loader via peagen.__init__
  • refactor API key resolution and LLM helper to use loader
  • streamline load_peagen_toml function
  • test config loader utility

Testing

  • uv run --package peagen --directory pkgs/standards/peagen pytest (fails: No route to host)
