This project made for handle my Notebook's AMD 5650m card core and memory clock, with AMDGpuClockTool 3rd party software and source from OpenHardwareMonitor to get information from the card. The card has issues when reach the max core and mem freq autamitcally so need to keep it lower but not on a fix freq.
