go: add Italian translation

• Contains 7 usage examples (within the 8-example limit)

Usually we type {{path/to/whatever}} instead of just {{whatever}} when the command need an input that coulb be in this directory but also in another. You can check the common arguments guide here.

Apart from this minor thing this looks good to me.
