Installation
First you have to download the file NomNom.zip from either GitHub or Nexus Mods. These are the only two official resource.
After downloading the archive, simply extract it and you are good to go. Here will also folders be created at runtime like the one for backups. You may want to create a shortcut to the executable for easier access though.
When you first start NomNom a few things will happen.
At first the language of your OS will be determined and automatically set to be used in NomNom if supported, otherwise english.
Then the first thing you will see is a welcome window where you can directly select one of the automatically detected default locations or choose a custom location.
If you choose a custom location you will be asked whether you want to add it as an additional default location.
All this can be changed anytime in the Settings.
After selection a location you can already see the Manager behind the window showing you the saves, ready to use.
In the background a few directories will be created to make it easier for you to use some features.
