CH32V208 is not the only Qingke V4C SoC in ch32v003fun.h, so a more specific definition is necessary. In ch32v003fun.h, the CH32V20x is further divided into CH32V20x_D6, CH32V20x_D8, and CH32V20x_D8W. CH32V208 belongs to the CH32V20x_D8W. Signed-off-by: Jianxiong Gu <jianxiong.gu@outlook.com>
