Release 1.2 for Fabric 1.16.4

This mod should work with any Fabric build for 1.16.

Implements the following features:

• You can now configure some items to not cause the hands to pop up when used. By default, this applies to Firework rockets (good for flying around). This can be configured in the .minecraft/config/immersive_hud.toml configuration file.
• Improved compatibility with the AppleSkin mod (thanks, @supertakeru)
