The core of our organization is orchestrated by our Board of Directors through which all of the powers of the corporation are administered by officials who have been elected to office and appointed to management by the members according to the rules and guidelines contained herein.

Departments: There are three main categories of departments, Administration, Operational, and Membership Services. The total number of Operational and Membership Service Departments combined may not not exceed 48. Each Operational and Membership Service Department is maintained and represented by one Chief Officer and one Executive Vice President.

Branches: A Branch serves as a local extension(s) of any Corporate Department(s).

Managers: after serving for at least one year as an Associate or two years as an Affiliate including the completion of ELM our one thousand hour Entry Level Management program a member is given the privilege to operate a Branch which serves to provide Operational Resources and or Membership Services in their own community. ELM was designed and developed to equip our hardest working and most proficient members with the resources they need to multiply the benefits of their participation to a greater extent. Qualified individuals are generally those who have shown superior quality and performance in their capabilities to provide services and resources in their field of participation. Officers: After serving for at least 2 years as an Operational Manager a member may be nominated and elected to be the administrator of a District Supervisory Office that provides operational support to their Department Branches in their district. Officers are elected annually to a three year term (First year as Agent, second year as Officer, and third year as Senior Officer) upon the majority vote of the Affiliates and Associates within their Departments' Branches. Their Primary duty is to insure the compliance of internal protocols and procedures; reporting all the activities within their office to the Chief Officer in charge of their Department. Officers are Qualified by the Board of Directors and are Managers who have maintained a high level of resourcefulness and have proven themselves in the art of multiplying exceptional operational management skills.

Vice Presidents: After serving for at least 2 years as a Membership Service Manager a member may be nominated and elected to be the administrator of a District Supervisory Office that provides administrative support to their Department Branches in their county of residence. Vice Presidents are elected annually to a three year term upon the majority vote of all the members within their district (First year as General Manager, second year as Vice President, and third year as Senior Vice President) Their primary duty is to insure the compliance of regulatory laws throughout their Department Branches by reporting all the activities of their offices to the Executive Vice President in charge of their Department. Qualified individuals are those who have maintained the absolute finest quality of membership services and have consistently shown exceptional administrative management skills.

Chief Officers: A Senior Officer may be nominated and elected to a four year term upon the majority vote of all the members in that Organizations Operational Department. Their primary duty is to represent their Departments by insuring their compliance of internal protocols and procedures by reporting all the activities of their Office to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may qualify and appoint Chief Officers for terms and purposes as they see necessary, however any Chief Officer qualified other than to oversee a Department will not be given a seat on the board of directors, but may participate in other executive committees or functions as determined by the board.

The Presidential Cabinet is comprised of members who have been hand picked by the Board of Directors from various ranks of management for sustaining the absolute finest quality of services, work ethic, and professional conduct. While most Administrative positions are for terms of four years, there is no substitute for superior excellence, specially when it comes to maintaining the most valuable capabilities and services.

Executive Vice Presidents: After serving as a Senior Vice President this member may be nominated and elected to a four year term upon the majority vote of all the participating members within their Department. Their primary duty is to represent their Department before the Board of Directors in context to insuring the compliance of regulatory requirements and reporting all the activities of their office to the Board of Directors.
