Presidency

In the pursuit of balance, sustainability, and prosperity the Presidential offices have been formed and developed unlike any Presidency before it. The duties that are normally performed by one individual is divided amongst three in this Organization as a means to distribute power equally, to avoid over burdening, and to optimize our Organization so that we are always multiplying to our maximum potential, as we constantly maintain a past, present, and future outlook for every situation faced by our Organization. Qualifications for being nominated into Presidency are typically formed from the ranks of management, however any participating member may be nominated for Presidency upon the delivery of a nomination to the secretary containing the signatures of at least nine managers.

The President Elect: is a nominated member qualified by the Board of Directors and elected by the majority vote of all the members to a three-year term. (First year as President Elect, second year as President, and third year as Senior President) The President-Elect oversees the daily operations of the VP offices, insuring the compliance of regulatory requirements and procedures throughout the entire Organization.

The President: is the presiding chairman of the board, conducting its business in an orderly and timely fashion. When the board is not in session, duties include acting as the primary representative and spokesperson for any and all public relations.

The Senior President: As the presiding officer over the presidential cabinet their main duty is to insure the compliance of internal protocols and procedures throughout the organizations corporate security divisions, and programs. Implementing and maintaining security processes to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of financial, physical, and personal risk; insuring and establishing appropriate standards and risk controls associated with corporate assets and intellectual property.
