Fix language mappings from AniDB to TitleLanguage

• Add missing language codes used by the AniDB HTTP Anime result
• Fix some existing codes
• Remove usages of Bangladeshi TitleLanguage, as it is a nationality and duplicates Bengali
• Add comments to indicate unconventional AniDB codes

Do we want to add an AniDB parsing mode for for the title language? Since the helpers are used throughout the code base and not just for parsing the AniDB languages. (E.g. for media-info or TMDb.)
