Bump K8s dependencies to latest v1.29

Hi @dereknola, thanks so much for your contribution! Could you please rebase your PR? It seems to be the last remaining PR needed to have all the dependencies up to date, so ideally I would like to have it merged before proceeding with the release in #681.
