Add 3D models for RF filter and IMU sensor components

Added STEP files for RFCMF1220100M4T filter and IM19 IMU

• RFCMF1220100M4T used on Flex Breakout
• IM19 used on various GNSS tilt-compensation boards

Hi Wes (@santaimpersonator ),

We already have a 3D model for the RFCMF1220100M4T. It is the CHIP_100M4T_WAL.step, in the same SparkFun-3D-models \ Coil folder. Is this new one just a nice to have?

But, this reminds me, it is time to add the symbol, footprint and model for the IM19... I'll open a separate PR for those.

@PaulZC the KiCAD file exporter for the *.glb and *.step files, was having issues with the CHIP_100M4T_WAL.step file.

• I think the exporter was having issues because the CHIP_100M4T_WAL.step model was being scaled to size.
  • The RFCMF1220100M4T.step model is to scale and doesn't have that issue.
    
• I think I was able to get the *.step file export to eventually work, but the export of the *.glb always failed.
