Admin Events Export

Helios Calendar allows you to export event data using customized Export Templates. Once saved you can use these templates to export event using the event export tool within the admin console.

Event Export Settings

• Export Template - Select the template to apply to the the exported data. Export Templates are managed separately.
• Delivery Method - How the export should be performed.
• Display Output on Screen - A new browser window/tab is opened and the export is output to the browser in plain text.
• Download as File - The output is created as a new file (file format is determined by template settings) and saved locally.
• Occurring From - The dates to export events for. All events occurring between and on the selected dates will be included with the export.
• Categories - Select the categories to include in the output. Events assigned to one, or more, of the selected categories will be exported.

Exporting Events

Once export settings have been selected click the “Export Events” button at the bottom of the screen, the event export will then be available for download or output (depending on the Delivery Method selected).
